TWO King of Aghadowey title showdowns take place this Saturday night, April 5, at Aghadowey Oval.
The 2.0 Hot Rods and 1300 Stock Cars will contest their titles as part of a five formula programme of racing.
2.0 Hot Rods
In the exciting 2.0 Hot Rods, the depth of talent on the grid will see a whole host of favourites chasing the crown. World Champion Adam Heatrick from Portadown tops the entry list, alongside British and Irish Champion Drew McKeown, also from Co Armagh.
McKeown is also the defending King of Aghadowey and there will also be big challenges from Portadown's Andy Best, Antrim's Conor Hughes, Kells racer Shane McMillan and Broughshane's Adam Weir to name a few.
1300 Stock Cars
The hard hitting 1300 Stock Cars will also battle for the King of Aghadowey title, defended by Cullybackey ace Curtis Greer who will be a hot favourite to retain the trophy.
Anything can happen when the big bumpers are put to use, with Crumlin's Matthew Milliken, Banbridge driver Gareth Halliday and Drogheda's Fionn Donnelly set to be in the mix too.
Ballymena's Gary Freeburn has had a great start to the season, and watch out too for Junior Productions graduate Matthew Weir from Killyman who has taken to the senior formula like a duck to water.

Leading lady racer Siobhan Martin took the last Stock Rods final at Aghadowey Oval and will be keen for another good run, but a strong challenge will come from Irish Champion Mark Crawford and National Champion Jonny Cardwell.
A big grid of Thunder Rods provided great entertainment at the last Aghadowey outing, and whilst Ballymena's Irish Champion James Goldie tops the entry, many eyes will be on winner last time out Joe Largey as well as Liam Wilson, Adam McKinney and Andrew McLean.
Completing the line up are the teenagers in the Junior Productions, with British Champion Casey Cherry (Loughgall) and Irish Champion Leyton Hughes (Antrim) sure to be front runners. Donegal's Andrew Russell will be keen to continue his winning streak having taken the final win a fortnight ago, whilst Portadown's Jack Morrison is always one to watch.
The first race leaves the grid at 6.30pm.
