Young Conquerors Flute Band hand over charity cheques

At a recent presentation, hosted by main concert sponsor, Adrian Fullan of Leighinmohr House Hotel, members of Ballymena Young Conquerors Flute Band presented a cheque for £653.50 to Sinead Lynch, representing the Children’s Cancer Unit Charity.

In addition to this, the Band also donated an identical amount—£653.50—to Macmillan Cancer Support.

The funds were raised during a retiring collection at the Band’s annual concert held at West Church in April.

Both charities have been a crucial source of support in recent years for Band members, their families and close friends, making the donations all the more meaningful.

Members of Ballymena Young Conquerors Flute Band express their gratitude to everyone who attended the concert and helped make the fundraising effort such a success.

Their generosity will continue to make a significant difference in the lives of those affected by cancer.
