BANN Maine West (BMW) attended a training session on Thursday 24th April with Rodney from Gazelle Communications to be shown how to produce a new Community Newsletter for those living in the Bannside area and has been funded by Triangle Housing.
Gazelle Communications have been working with Bann Maine West in previous months to produce a new Website which enables people to access information on their local community group, look up a Community Events Diary to see what is going on in their area, subscribe to a monthly newsletter and click and collect products from Bann Maine West’s Hub Gift Shop.
Joanne Brown Kerr, Bann Maine West, commented: “This new website allows us to widely publicise the work going on in local communities, events happening, classes and projects going on and also a way to view and purchase items we have available in our Hub Gift Shop. We would like to encourage everyone to sign up for our newsletter at www.bannmainewest.co.uk/
subscribe.
We would like to thank Rodney from Gazelle Communications and Triangle Housing for working with us to see our ideas put into practice!”.
Bann Maine West have a wide range of projects right across the west area of Ballymena including Cloney, Cullybackey, Grange, Hillstown, Portglenone and Tullygarley.
Projects include Lunch clubs, Men’s Breakfast clubs, workshops, Exploring Other Cultures events, classes and we also run The Hub Gift Shop in Cullybackey.
If you would like more information on any of the above projects, don’t hesitate to go to our new website www.bannmainewest,co.uk or calling into The Hub in Cullybackey.
