32 Covid fines imposed by Ballymena police on party-goers

A grand total of 32 covid fines were imposed by Ballymena police over the weekend.

Police were called to the Ballymoney Road area of the town on Saturday evening after reports of parties.

They issued 32 fines of £200 and six prohibition notices after calling at two properties.

The Ballymena Guardian contacted the police press office about the issue on Monday morning but details were not made available until after we had gone to press.
