A new exhibition and sale of work by Artist Adrian Margey opens at Galgorm Resort & Spa Ballymena this Easter (Saturday 20th – Tuesday 23rd April).

From large-scale canvases to smaller works, visitors will enjoy a vast range of the artist’s cityscapes, landscapes, traditional music scenes and depictions of iconic landmarks. The Glens of Antrim and the Causeway Coast have provided the main inspiration for this latest collection – with depictions of Belfast and Donegal also promising to delight visitors.

The artist cites the Fauves, the Irish Impressionists and the indigenous artists of South America as his main influences. He combines a kaleidoscope palette with lazy brushstrokes and expressive knife work to create his distinctive originals. Margey will be on hand throughout the shows to discuss his work with visitors and to advise on commissions.

The exhibition opens on Saturday 20th April: 11am – 8pm and continues Sunday 21st & Monday 22nd April: 11am – 8pm. Tuesday 23rd April: 11am – 6pm. Admission free – everyone welcome.
