THE Farm Lodge Campus of Northern Regional College is set for a major redevelopment project as part of an £84 million investment into sites at Ballymena and at Union Street, Coleraine.

Funded by the Department for the Economy, the two new state of the art campuses are scheduled for completion by summer 2022.

Leading Northern Ireland based architectural and civil engineering design consultancy, McAdam Design, has developed exciting proposals for both sites.

The local economy will benefit from the College’s redevelopment plans.

During the construction phase, a significant number of jobs will be created and, on completion of building work, the provision of cutting-edge facilities at both campuses will help attract students, which in turn will increase the regional skills base and attract further investment to the region.

To optimise the benefit to the local community, the College is embarking on a public consultation process to give residents and businesses an opportunity to see the proposals and provide feedback.

A Public Information event was held last Thursday to give those interested the oppportunity to hear plans and view displays of the proposed designs.

NRC welcomes all feedback and this may be provided directly to the College. For further information email:
