Team strengthened at Donnelly and Taggart

DONNELLY and Taggart in Ballymena has further expanded its team with the appointment of Motability Specialist, Emma Fleck.

Emma, from Clough, began her career with Donnelly and Taggart, which is part of Donnelly Group, Northern Ireland’s largest family-owned new and used vehicle retailer, last year with a role in the customer service team.

Since then, her dedication and knowledge of the vehicles and products available have landed her a role in the sales division with a particular focus on Motability.

Of her new role, Emma said: “I am excited to be given the opportunity to take on the role of Mobility Specialist at Donnelly and Taggart, Ballymena. The ability to incorporate both my strong sales background and my vast experience working in various customer service roles makes this job a perfect fit for me.

“Being given the opportunity to work within the sales division means that I am able to use the knowledge I have gained over the past year to provide all our customers with bespoke vehicle solutions that perfectly meet their needs.”

The Motability Scheme offered by Donnelly and Taggart provides anyone living with a physical disability the opportunity to lease a brand-new vehicle for three years.

Many vehicle adaptations carried out under the scheme are free of charge, such as maintenance on the tyres, windows, and windscreens.

Emma continued:

“The Motability scheme is really something that our customers appreciate because it gives them independence and makes their life a bit easier, and I think that is what is most important.

“It is a great feeling seeing customers drive away with a vehicle they are happy with and can feel comfortable in.

“A major advantage of the scheme is that it is hassle-free. It includes everything from the vehicle itself, through to insurance, road-side assistance as well as servicing and maintenance.

“The whole team at Donnelly and Taggart goes to great lengths to build and maintain strong relationships with every customer that comes through the door, and we do so by making sure that we listen and gain a thorough understanding of their needs and requirements.”
