TOP teen golfer Joshua Hill defends his Ulster Under-14 Boys Open Championship title on Thursday, at the Templeton, in Templepatrick.
The 14-year-old is a member of Galgorm Castle Golf Club.
Last year in the Grand Final at Dunmurray Golf Club the top 54 qualifiers competed for the coveted crown.
The two qualifiers took place earlier this year in Foyle and Blackwood.
The Grand final was eventually won by Joshua, going to a sudden death play off with Evan Shipp (Headfort) after both had tied on a score of 71.
Joshua won the play off on the 1st hole.
Meanwhile, recently Guardian Sport reported that young Hill had been selected for the Golfing Union of Ireland's Under-16 panel for 2018.
