ANDY Graham hopes Ballymena RFC's new coaching team gives them the boost needed to mount a promotion push next season!
The Head Coach at Eaton Park has added Alex McCloy to the line-up of club stalwarts John Nicholl and Gareth Fisher as well as Ulster rugby consultant, Bryan Young.
McCloy's appointment, first revealed in Guardian Sport back on April 25, is the final piece of the jigsaw in Ballymena's off-field restructuring.
New assistant coach McCloy, a former Ballymena Academy pupil, was Ulster Rugby's Performance Analyst and a key member of the backroom team that helped Ulster reach the 2012 Heinekin Cup Final.
He had been in post since the start of the 2008/9 season, having previously attained a First Class BSc (Hons) in Sport and Exercise Science from the University of Ulster as well as a PHD in Sport Bio Mechanics.
