Locals prepare for battle

TOP fighters from Ballymena's Institute of Mixed Martial Arts club do battle in the big BAMMA 28 Show at the SSE Arena, Belfast, on Friday, February 24, writes Shaun O'Neill.
They include Norman Parke, Andy Young and Rhys McKee - all eager to make their mark with titles at stake.
The fight-night will be one of the biggest bouts ever to take place in Ireland!
Main event is Parke, fighting for the Lightweight title against Ireland's Paul Redmond.
An organising spokesman proudly declared - "This show is going to be the biggest, boldest and best MMA event Belfast has ever seen."
And not content with Ballymena club fighter Parke headlining the show is the news that his clubmate Andy Young is co-starring at it!
Young, fresh from his recent title success, takes on the UK's hottest prospect, Dominique Wooding - the man no-one is keen to do battle with ......... until now!
At stake is the Interim BAMMA World Flyweight title.
Young will have his hands full with against 'The Black Panther'.
