Gibson Ballymena bound? thumbnailColeraine striker Richard Gibson: on his way to Ballymena United?

Ballymena United are interested in signing Coleraine striker Richard Gibson!
The former Glenavon, Dungannon Swifts and Tobermore United hit-man is top of Ballymena boss Roy Walker's January shopping list.
Last season Gibson finished top of the scoring charts with the Bannsiders.
Now Walker hopes to lure him to United.
Walker has spoken with Gibson - now all he has to do is secure funding to make the move a reality.
“I see Richard as a big, bustling centre-forward and I believe he could do a job for us," summed up Walker.
Perhaps United Supporters' Clubs will be asked to help with the cost of bringing the new striker to Ballymena.
Walker, aware that Andy Smith is out for six matches, is keen to have some back-up should anything happen the likes of Kevin Kelbie and Nathan McConnell.
