Fly tipping scourge - call for 'robust action' thumbnail

ULSTER Unionist Councillor Stephen Nicholl has called for robust action to be taken against fly-tippers.
"Further incidents of fly-tipping have occurred in the Harryville area and while these have been reported to council to be clearer those responsible mustbe caught.
“I would appeal to anyone who sees fly-tipping taking place to report it immediately, the build up of rubbish not only spoils the local environment it attracts vermin and encourages further fly-tipping.
“Council will do all in it's power to catch and fine those responsible."
