Hackers cleaned out holiday account for ill child thumbnail

THE family of nine-year-old Ethan McClean from Ballymena have vowed to continue with their plans for a dream holiday after callous online thieves stole their savings.
Yvette McClean said she was shocked to discover on Saturday morning that hundreds of pounds had been stolen from her account.
Yvette and her husband Andy had been saving up to take their son, ice hockey mad Ethan, to Canada to see the National Hockey League (NHL).
Ethan has the life-limiting illness Duchenne Muscular Dystrophy but dreams of seeing players on the rink in Canada.
Yvette is hopeful that the stolen money will be replaced and Ethan is still set to go on his dream holiday.
