5m Board revealed thumbnailThe Gallaher Trust Board.

THE full make up of the Board of Directors, which will administer the 5m Gallaher Trust aimed at creating jobs and stimulating economic development in the Ballymena area, can be revealed by the Guardian this week.
Three new directors have joined the seven person board - the Clerk and Chief Executive, Mid and East Antrim Borough Council, Ms. Anne Donaghy, the chairman and CEO of Wrights Group Ltd, Mr. Mark Nodder, and the chief executive of Kinship Care NI, Ms. Jacqueline Williamson.
The other directors are inaugural chair, North Antrim DUP MP, Ian Paisley, well known local businessman, James Perry, the chairman of Ballymena Credit Union, Mr. Pat McCallion and the Head of Community Relations, JTI, Ms. Karen Reynolds.
Mr Paisley, said: "We are delighted to welcome Anne, Mark and Jacqueline to our Board.
“Their appointment was the result of an open selection process which attracted a significant number of high calibre applicants.
